일주일간 야근하며 준비한 기획안이 보고 당일 갑작스럽게 취소되었을 때, 신입사원이 마주하는 심리적 충격과 팀 리더와의 갈등 상황을 시뮬레이션합니다.
The simulation depicts a scenario where a proposal, prepared with a week of overtime, is abruptly canceled on the day of the report, leading to an emotional conflict between the new employee and the team leader.
Why This Matters (기획 의도)
기존의 텍스트 위주 교육 자료에서 벗어나, 애니메이션을 통해 학습자의 감정 이입과 몰입도를 극대화했습니다.
Moving beyond traditional text-heavy materials, I utilized AI cinematic synthesis to maximize learner empathy and engagement.
